My path to founding Window Hero didn’t start with a ladder and a bucket—it started behind a screen. As a former civil servant working in digital Quality Assurance my job was auditing web applications to ensure they were reliable, accessible, and easy to use.

I’ve always appreciated businesses that prioritise a user-friendly service. Yet, when I looked at local trade services, I noticed a frustrating pattern. The booking process was clunky, you had to wait for a callback, pricing was vague, or the service was cash-only.
