Meet Hassan

Hi, I’m Hassan, the owner of Window Hero. I’m based in Swindon and carry out the cleaning myself.

Before starting Window Hero, I worked in the Civil Service in digital quality assurance, checking that online services were accessible and easy to use. That experience shaped how I wanted to run my own business: with clear information and less effort for the customer.

A straightforward start

I built the online estimator so you can see a price before sharing your contact details. It draws on the usability and accessibility principles I worked with in my previous career. Once you’re ready, send over your estimate and we can arrange your visit.

Care from the first enquiry to the next clean

I enjoy the work, and I want you to feel just as pleased with the result. You’ll receive a text the day before your visit, and you can pay by bank transfer, cash, card or Direct Debit.

Window Hero is Checkatrade-vetted and has £1 million public liability insurance. Our regular and one-off window cleaning is also backed by our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee.

I use an electric van for the business, with no tailpipe emissions from the vehicle.

Where I work

I take bookings in Swindon and Bristol. Send your postcode with your enquiry so I can confirm availability for your location.
