How to arrange a re-clean

If an area of glass needs attention, contact us within 48 hours of completion. Tell us your address, the cleaning date and which area needs another clean. A photo can help, but isn’t required.

What happens next

We’ll respond as soon as possible and arrange a prompt return visit with you. Please make sure we can safely access the affected windows on the agreed day.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee covers the quality of the window cleaning we carried out. It does not cover:

• Specialist stain and residue removal, such as paint, adhesive, lichen, dried egg or existing hard water deposits.
• New dirt deposited after the clean, such as fresh bird droppings or dust from later building work.
• Existing damage, failed glazing seals or permanent discolouration that cleaning cannot correct.
