Do I need to be home when you visit?
For window cleaning, you don’t need to be home if we can safely reach the windows without entering the house or climbing over. For gutter clearance, please arrange access to a suitable power socket for the vacuum.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, cash, card and Direct Debit. Payment details are provided with your invoice.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
The first clean takes longer because there’s often more dirt to remove. Regular customers pay less per visit because the job is quicker when we’re maintaining windows.
Do you offer one-off cleaning?
Yes. You can book a single window clean without committing to regular visits. See our one-off window-cleaning service for details.
Can you provide a written quote and an invoice?
Yes. If you need a formal written quote before booking, let us know. We provide an invoice for the completed work.
Are you insured?

Who will clean my windows?
Hassan, the owner of Window Hero, carries out the cleaning himself.

How do you clean windows?
We clean exterior glass, frames and sills using a water-fed pole and purified water. The glass is rinsed and left to dry naturally.
How do you clear gutters?
Depending on the position of the gutters and the type of blockage, we use either a vacuum or manually or both.
What if I’m not happy with your work?
For window cleaning, contact us within 48 hours of completion if any part of your clean needs attention. We’ll return promptly to re-clean the affected area free of charge under our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you have a concern about another service or notice an issue later, please contact us so we can discuss the next steps.
