The estimator includes window cleaning, front-only window cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, gutter clearance, and soffit, fascia and gutter washing. Window cleaning is available as a one-off or a regular service.

The calculation uses your property size and the services and extras you select. For window cleaning, it shows the first-visit price and the ongoing price where applicable. Prices are rounded up to whole pounds. No VAT is added.

The first clean normally takes longer because the glass, frames and sills need more attention. It includes a first-visit charge; subsequent regular visits use the ongoing price shown in your estimate.

Your estimate is based on the details you provide and a typical property of that size. If those details differ from the property, or its layout or condition means the work will take significantly longer than the estimate allows, we’ll explain why and agree any revised price with you before starting. We’ll only proceed once you’ve agreed the price.

No. You can use it to check a price without booking or sharing your contact details.

Window cleaning covers everyday dirt, including heavy dust. It does not include specialist removal of materials such as paint, adhesive, lichen, dried egg or existing hard water deposits. We do not offer these treatments.

We take bookings in Swindon, Bristol and Reading. Include your postcode when you send your estimate so we can confirm availability.

After reviewing your selections, enter your name and property address, then choose WhatsApp, text message or email. The chosen app opens with your estimate ready to review and send. We’ll reply to arrange your visit; sending an estimate does not automatically book an appointment.
