FAQs
Do you clean the frames and sills as well as the glass?
Yes — frames, sills, and doors are included as standard.
Will my windows dry without streaks?
Yes. We use purified water, which contains no minerals, so it dries clear without leaving spots or streaks.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
To protect the glass and uPVC frames from hard water and insect droppings, we advise every 4 weeks, but we can adapt to 6 or 8 weeks if preferred.
Do you still clean in the rain?
Yes — light rain does not affect the quality of pure water cleaning. Heavy rain or unsafe conditions may lead us to reschedule.
Can you clean leaded or decorative glass?
Yes — we clean these carefully with soft-bristle brushes to avoid damage.
Do you clean inside windows?
Yes — we offer inside window cleaning on request, usually alongside an exterior clean.
What is ‘pure water’?
Pure water is water that’s been filtered to remove minerals and impurities so it dries without leaving residue.
Is there anything that is not included?
Any kind of stain that cannot be cleaned with water is excluded. This is because some stains bond to the surface and need specialised treatments that are not a part of regular window cleaning. Examples include: insect dropping marks, hard water stains, deteriorated rubber seal stains, glue, or hardened egg.
