FAQs
Will my windows dry without water marks?
We use purified water so the glass can dry naturally without mineral spots from the rinse water. If an area needs another clean after the windows have dried, contact us within 48 hours of completion under our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. Existing hard water deposits are not included in standard window cleaning.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
4-weekly best if you like the windows consistently clean or the property gets dirty quickly.
6-weekly a good balance between appearance and cost for many homes.
8-weekly suitable if the property stays relatively clean and you want fewer visits.
Do you still clean in the rain?
Yes — light rain does not affect the quality of pure water cleaning. Heavy rain, thunderstorms or unsafe conditions may lead us to reschedule.
Can you clean leaded or decorative glass?
Yes — we clean these carefully with soft-bristle brushes to avoid damage.
What is purified water?
It is water treated to remove the dissolved minerals that commonly leave spots when ordinary tap water dries. We use it to rinse exterior windows and leave the glass to dry naturally. This does not remove existing hard water deposits on the glass.
Is there anything that is not included?
Our window cleaning covers everyday dirt, including dust, pollen and bird droppings. Specialist stain and residue removal, such as paint, adhesive, lichen, dried egg and existing hard water deposits, is not included. We do not offer these treatments.
