This guide explains Window Hero’s window-cleaning prices in Swindon, including the first visit, regular cleaning and common extras. It also covers gutter clearance and fascia and soffit washing. All prices are per visit, and no VAT is added.
Window cleaning prices
Regular exterior window cleaning starts at £20 per visit. The first clean includes a 50% first-visit charge because it normally takes longer. The table assumes one reception room and no additional window features.

Regular visits can be arranged every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. The current standard rate per visit is the same across these intervals; choosing more frequent visits means paying for more cleans over the year.
A one-off window clean uses the first-visit price and does not commit you to further visits.
Property size and additional features
The estimate also takes reception rooms into account. For example, a three-bedroom home with two reception rooms falls into the four-bedroom pricing band. Larger or unusual properties may need their scope and price confirmed individually.

The first-visit charge also applies to these window-cleaning extras, and the final total is rounded up to the next whole pound. Conservatory roof cleaning is a separate service from cleaning the side panes.
For example, a standard three-bedroom home with one reception room is £38 for the first visit and £25 for regular visits. Selecting windows above a flat roof brings those figures to £45 and £30.

These services have no first-visit surcharge. Additional reception rooms also affect the property-size band.
Gutter clearance removes debris from inside the gutters. Fascia and soffit washing cleans accessible exterior roofline surfaces, including the outside of the guttering and downpipes. They are separate services and can be requested together.
What the estimate covers
Window cleaning covers everyday dirt, including heavy dust. Specialist removal of paint, adhesive, lichen, dried egg or existing hard water deposits is not included or offered.
