Did a great job of first vacuuming out all the leaves and stuff that had collected in the gutters, then cleaned all the gutters/facias etc, they now look like new. Do I need to be home when you visit?

As long as we can access all of your windows, then you don’t need to be home. However, for gutter vacuuming, we need access to a wall socket.

How do I pay you?

We accept Direct Debit, bank transfer, and contactless card payment, including Amex.

Why is the first clean more expensive?

The first clean takes longer because there’s often more dirt to remove. Regular customers pay less per visit because the job is quicker when we’re maintaining windows.

Do you do one-off cleaning?

Yes, we do.

I need a formal quote / invoice. Can you provide that?

Yes, we can.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are.

Some of my windows are above an extension. Can you clean them?

In most cases we’re able to clean them.

Is there anything we can do to help?

You can help us by removing any dog waste and clearing the work area. Thanks!

Are you an old-fashioned window cleaner?

We clean outside windows with a water-fed pole and inside windows with a squeegee.

How do you clear gutters?

Depending on the position of the gutters and the type of blockage, we use either a vacuum or manually.
