Window Hero on Top Rated Window Cleaners

Window Hero Is Now Listed on Top Rated Window Cleaners

I’m pleased to share that Window Hero is now listed on Top Rated Window Cleaners. It’s a welcome milestone for our window and gutter cleaning business, and it means a lot because of the customer experience I’ve always wanted to create.

Long before starting Window Hero, I admired memorable advertising, Disney’s customer experiences, Octopus Energy’s innovation and the ease of Apple’s iOS. What appealed to me was how those brands made people feel. I wanted to create a service that made customers feel at ease and happy with their experience.

That starts with our website, which I’ve worked to make accessible and easy to use, drawing on my background in digital quality assurance and Government Digital Service (GDS) guidance. Our online estimator puts that approach into practice: you can see an estimated price before sharing any personal details. Customers have told me this helped them choose Window Hero.

Once someone becomes a customer, that same attention continues through the reminder text, the cleaning itself, the electronic invoice and the next visit. I want each stage to flow smoothly into the next, making the whole experience as straightforward as possible.

After our first two winters, it’s rewarding to see Window Hero growing across Swindon, Bristol and Reading, with positive reviews and now this listing. My ambition remains to build the happiest customer base I can, while keeping prices as competitive as possible.

Thank you to everyone who has booked a clean, left a review or recommended Window Hero.

When I founded Window Hero, I wanted to build something different: a trade service that combines high-standard property maintenance with zero local environmental impact and zero booking friction.

Before launching Window Hero, my career looked a bit different—spending over a decade in the Civil Service as a digital Quality Assurance (QA) auditor. Transitioning from behind a screen to exterior home and commercial maintenance might seem like a leap, but the core principles remain the exact same: meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and an absolute commitment to quality standards.

    Cutting Emissions, Not Corners

Traditional trade services often rely on heavy diesel vans idling outside properties during every local stop. To change that, Window Hero operates an entirely electric vehicle setup across Swindon, Bristol, Reading, and the wider Thames Valley.

By eliminating tailpipe emissions entirely, we keep our local carbon footprint as light as possible while delivering pure-water exterior cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Pure-water cleaning uses de-ionized water that dries completely spot-free without needing chemical detergents, protecting your window frames, sills, and local gardens.

Bringing GDS Standards to Home Maintenance

Homeowners often tell us that dealing with traditional window cleaners involves one major frustration: waiting days just to get a simple quote or trying to coordinate schedules over the phone.

Applying my background in digital accessibility—including work shaped by UK Government Digital Service (GDS) usability standards—we built a custom online estimator. Local property owners can generate an instant, transparent price in under a minute directly on our website, completely removing the administrative back-and-forth.

“Traditional trade services often suffer from two major issues: high-emission diesel vehicles idling outside properties, and outdated booking systems that leave customers waiting,” says Hassan, Founder of Window Hero. “I wanted to apply the same discipline I used in software auditing to build a service that is completely frictionless for the client while keeping our local environmental footprint clean.”

    Looking Ahead

We are proud to bring a cleaner, tech-driven approach to exterior maintenance across Swindon, Bristol, Reading, and surrounding areas. Whether you manage a commercial property or want sparkling clean windows at home without the environmental guilt, Window Hero is built to make the process effortless from click to clean.
